Manager Level Assesment
The management assessment provides an in-depth insight into candidates’ leadership potential and helps to understand their strengths and areas for development in a holistic way.
Identify a manager through psychological aptitude tests
The manager has a big impact on the work community and the success of the organisation. Avila’s Psychological Assessment for supervisors and managers objectively measures the critical competencies and leadership potential required for success in a supervisor role through a range of indicators.
Assessment & psychology
Reliable assessment framework
The certified assessment tasks we use have undergone scientific peer review and conclusions are always reached on the basis of several methods. Assessments are always based on the needs of the organisation and the role, and they gather information on the candidate’s performance, working and management practices. A certified assessment psychologist is responsible for the assessment process and supports the employer from the beginning of the assessment to the selection of the person.
Behaviour & management style
Extended talent assessments
At the management-level, the assessments are based on a broader assessment of the candidate’s ability, problem-solving skills, work personality and leadership style. We use simulation exercises to gain a more accurate understanding of the candidate’s behaviours and leadership solutions in different work environments and hypothetical leadership situations.
Selection decision & orientation
A clear recruitment recommendation
Avila’s assessment psychologist always gives a clear recommendation on the suitability of the candidate for the role. In addition, the content of the assessment report is discussed with the client in a debriefing session. A clear recommendation on suitability for the role provides objective support for the selection process.

Steps of our evaluation process
Our flexible assessment process can be carried out in 3-5 working days. Our assessments consist of multi-method tasks and an extensive structured interview with a psychologist. The client and the candidate will receive a final report of the assessment with the same content. The report will provide a clear recommendation on suitability for the role and the work community.
