Heinikki Konola has been selected as the new Key Account Manager through an internal selection process.
Heinikki has previously worked as a recruitment consultant at Avila. She will start in her new role on the 15.2.2023.

Heinikki has been working at Avila for the past year in the role of a recruitment consultant. Heinikki has a strong international background in IT and software companies, where she has worked in solution sales and account management roles.
“I consider myself to be very people-oriented and social, which is why I was always interested in HR and recruitment. So I jumped at the chance to work in direct searches, and it’s the best thing when you find the right person for the right role and you can genuinely help people and companies move forward,” says Heinikki.
For Heinikki, the role of recruitment consultant has provided her with many new lessons and a broad understanding of the different labour markets and roles. In the key account manager job role, Heinikki will be able to use her previous sales and customer management experience as well as the skills she has gained in the recruitment consultancy role.
“It’s important for me to understand the client’s objectives, needs and the drivers of their business. I feel that I am successful in my job when I can ask the right questions and the client feels heard. It’s also great to get good feedback after we’ve done the recruitment and found the right person for the role for the client. The fact that we can make a tangible difference to the day-to-day running of the business is really great.”
Heinikki will be responsible for a wide range of client accounts across different industries, together with Matias Saarni and Niko Okkonen. The work will essentially involve supporting clients and developing their business by providing versatile and continuous solutions to all their recruitment needs.
“Heinikki is the right person for the role, as she has strong expertise in account management and sales, as well as a broad understanding of the recruitment market,” says Matias Saarni.
